This family room design is a work in progress for a current client of mine in Foothill Ranch, Ca. I'm sharing some links from the vision board here in case you want to create a similar look.

For this project we are using a waterproof luxury vinyl by The Christina Collection throughout the whole house. The Pikes Peak collection is a light natural oak color with soft matte finish. It looks great installed, and will act as a gorgeous base for all the furniture and accessories to come. The bleached jute rug here is the same one I have in my living room. I love how versatile it is! In this vision board I wanted to show my client the option of using a large leather ottoman as a coffee table. It gives the room a super comfortable vibe and ties in the leather bar stools she will have in the adjacent kitchen area. You can shop all the items in this look by clicking the links above. Dropping in a kitchen island vision board to set the scene for all the cooking and entertaining to look forward to in the new year! Evening Fire Pit Patio Design

There’s nothing quite like sitting around a fire on a cold night! Outdoor throw pillows are perfect for cozying up an outdoor bench in the later parts of the year. These black and white tribal pillows pair perfectly with this traditional black metal garden bench. On sale now at CB2, these funky garden chairs round out the seating area. A cast-iron fire pit is a durable, low maintenance way to add ambiance to an outdoor space. It’s great to not have to mess with gas, and to be able to have that campfire smell setting the tone for a great fall evening.
